Caleo Cove is an independent UK women's clothing brand based in Manchester. Every piece is designed and handmade to order by our founder, Chloe, from our small studio.

We specialise in handmade Ibiza outfits, beach club looks and statement festival outfits designed for holidays, summer events and unforgettable moments. Our collections are created for women who want unique clothing that feels confident, flattering and impossible to forget.

As a small-scale handmade fashion brand, our mission is to create clothing more thoughtfully. Where possible, we use recycled and deadstock fabrics, helping to reduce waste while producing limited-run designs. Because every outfit is handmade to order, you always know exactly where your clothing comes from.

You may previously have known us as Swim by Chloe Louise. After four years of creating handmade swimwear and holiday clothing, it felt like the right time for the brand to evolve. Caleo Cove was born from a desire to create a stronger identity centred around Ibiza fashion, festival outfits and standout holiday style.

Today, Caleo Cove continues to design and handcraft unique Ibiza outfits, festival clothing and holiday looks from our Manchester studio, creating pieces designed to help you stand out from the crowd.

As all Caleo Cove pieces are handmade to order, we kindly ask that you allow our full turnaround time for production before dispatch. Our current turnaround time is always displayed at the top of our website and in our Instagram bio.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days, although this may increase slightly during busy periods such as festival season and new collection launches. Please note that working days do not include weekends or UK bank holidays.

Once your order has been handmade and is ready to ship, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information. This email may arrive up to 24 hours before your parcel is scanned by the courier.

After your order has been handed over to the shipping provider, delivery times are managed by the courier and are unfortunately outside of our control. However, you will be able to track your parcel using the tracking details provided.

If you require your order for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to help.

Yes, you can! As all Caleo Cove pieces are handmade in-house, we are often able to customise our designs to suit your preferences. This may include adjusting lengths, modifying styles or making small design changes where possible.

If you're looking for something completely bespoke or a design that isn't currently available on our website, we'd be happy to discuss creating a one-of-a-kind outfit tailored to you.

As every custom project is unique, we recommend getting in touch before placing your order. You can contact us via Instagram or email us at caleocove@outlook.com to discuss your ideas, requirements and current availability.

Please note that custom and personalised orders may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the design.

As all Caleo Cove pieces are handmade to order specifically for each customer, we do not offer refunds or returns for unwanted items, change of mind purchases or incorrect size selections.

If your item does not fit, we are happy to offer an exchange for an alternative size, subject to availability.

To request a size exchange, you must email caleocove@outlook.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us, you will have a further 14 days to return the item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.

Please note that exchange requests cannot be processed via Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. All exchange enquiries must be submitted via email.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges on bikini bottoms or lingerie items.

Any item returned for exchange must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. Returned items must be in their original condition and show no signs of wear. This includes, but is not limited to, fragrance, makeup marks, fake tan, stains, pet hair, overstretched fabric or any other damage.

Items returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold will not be eligible for exchange and may be returned to the customer.

As a handmade made-to-order brand, each exchange request is assessed individually. The final decision regarding the condition and eligibility of returned items rests solely with Caleo Cove.

We currently ship to England, Scotland, Wales, Australia and the USA.

For UK orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked services. International orders are shipped using DPD Tracked, allowing you to follow your parcel throughout its journey.

If you require a specific courier or alternative shipping method, please contact us before placing your order. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will always do our best to accommodate your request where possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.​​

Customers ordering from outside the UK may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes or handling fees before their parcel can be delivered. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Caleo Cove is not responsible for any customs charges, import duties, taxes or delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

If customs charges are refused and an order is returned to us, we are unable to offer a refund. As all Caleo Cove pieces are handmade to order specifically for each customer, materials and production costs have already been incurred before the order is dispatched.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes upon arrival in your destination country. We strongly recommend familiarising yourself with your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Please ensure you are prepared to pay any applicable customs charges before ordering from outside the UK.
